Isn't Justice getting Blinder?

Most of us have seen this symbol representing 'Lady Justice'. It symbolises that 'Justice is Blind' since the 16th Century. It means that the judiciary is impartial and blindly balances the justice among the requested. But do you think that this symbol symbolises only one meaning? I feel that the meaning is completely reversed. Today, the judiciary is blinded towards the facts, legitimate proofs and resources on which they ought to have a right. The judiciary not only has blinded it's eyes today, but also it's mind is blinded of the rights provided to them.

The judiciary needs to have full access to the resources of a situation, and should have a veto power on the investigation, so that the judges can use their own intellect which they have gained through years and years of experience and practice. However, the judiciary should not be allowed to intervene in every step of investigation. This would cause total instability of the situation.

Today, the intellect of the lawyer does not matter. What matters is the fame and financial condition of the lawyer. Only these factors help a corrupt lawyer to win the case and this helps the guilty escape the situation. This just makes the world a more insecure and unreliable place.

Even if the innocent gains justice, it is after a long time, sufficient to drain him/her out. The average time period for a case in India is 4.3 years which is quite high. So, how can we prevent this?

One major reason is inadequate amount of judges. Many people are longing to become a lawyer, but are suppressed due to a number of reasons. But with the changing world, I hope the number of judges grows. The number of judges in India is marked in orange compared to other countries

Another reason is misdirection. The innocent is threatened and mocked which causes the 'Fake Victory' of the guilty. Hence, troubleshooting should be carried out in groups in order to assure justice to the innocent. The innocent gets justice in India only in a rare number, but the sound of a correct judgement is a melody to their ear.

Also, the lack of Forensic Science Services is a major problem to gain evidences related to the case. These can be cured only by aspiration and awareness.

There are about 59,867 pending cases in the supreme court and about 44.75 Lakh pending cases in the High court.
Counting the district and subordinate level cases, Indian Judiciary has almost 3.14 crore pending cases, which makes it the highest backlog as of 2019.

This is a shame to our country and needs to be improved only by awareness. A decline in number of crimes will also bring down the number of cases gradually.
The longest case in India was the Keshavananda Bharati Case in which a land reform for Kerala was demanded. So, yes.The justice is getting partially blind day by day.
